It's been a really tough day, feels like I'm breaking inside again watching someone I love more than I ever imagined possible hurt and then I heard this, it's not even a particularly good song but the words broke the dam walls and I've been crying my eyes out since.

My heart is breaking and there is nothing I can do that wont make it worse for the people I love the most but maybe one of these days

Why is it other people get to have nightmares about aliens and zombies and snakes and all sorts of other stuff, me I get to have them about the people I care about and then they still have the nerve to come true :-(  Got a whole 45 mins sleep tonight before I woke up totally terrified. Guess I wont be sleeping anymore tonight :-/
